The short version

OuchChart stores your work in the app on your device. CAPPSLOCK Softworks does not receive your body maps, create an account for you, run advertising or analytics in the app, or track you across apps and websites.

Information stored by OuchChart

OuchChart stores the preferred name you enter, your body-guide setup, unfinished drafts, saved body maps, marks, text boxes, notes, and color meanings in the app’s protected storage on your device.

Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, Apple may include app data in a device backup. CAPPSLOCK Softworks cannot access that backup.

When you choose to share

OuchChart creates a PDF only after you choose to send or save one. Apple’s system share sheet then lets you choose the destination. The selected recipient or service handles that PDF under its own privacy practices. OuchChart does not send a copy to CAPPSLOCK Softworks.

Collection, tracking, and third parties

OuchChart does not collect or transmit personal information to CAPPSLOCK Softworks. The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking technology and does not sell personal information.

Your controls

You can edit or permanently delete a saved body map from Your timeline. Deleting OuchChart removes its local app data from that device. CAPPSLOCK Softworks cannot recover deleted entries because it does not hold a server copy.

Medical information

OuchChart is a communication tool, not a diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment service. A clinician or other recipient who receives your PDF is responsible for handling it under that recipient’s own practices and applicable obligations.

Policy changes

If OuchChart’s data practices change, this page will be updated before those changes are represented in a released version of the app. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
